Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. The work meets you where you are. The first phase is an honest Health Check so we can see clearly what's working and where the growth is—no shame, no guessing.

Is this a diet or a workout program?

Neither. It is holistic coaching across nutrition, movement, recovery, renewed thinking, and identity-based habits. You leave with principles and rhythms you can keep, not a plan that expires.

How much faith content is involved?

Holy Nutrition! is faith-centered. Stewardship, identity, and purpose are part of every conversation. You do not need to have it all figured out spiritually—you only need to be open.

What happens during the six weeks?

Each week includes six live group coaching calls covering a curated curriculum of nutrition and mindset topics, personal mission work between calls, and group discussion, and personal application.

When does the next cohort start?

The next cohort begins September 3rd, 2026, meeting Thursdays at 12:00 pm CST over live Zoom calls. Applications close August 27th, 2026 and seats are limited to 20 men.

What if I miss a call?

Life happens. Live attendance is not required. All calls will all be recorded and available for playback at a time that fits your schedule. You will always have what you need to stay on track.

A personal Health Check, a Declaration of Identity, daily practices you are actually keeping, printable guides to "coach" you after the calls, and a personal Mission Statement to propel you forward.
