Faith-based health coach
A faith-based health coach for men who want their health to mean something.
Holy Nutrition! exists to serve people by equipping them to become more fully who God created them to be through faithful stewardship of the lives He has entrusted to them. Health is preparation—and people are worth preparing.
What "faith-based" means here
Rooted in truth. Built for purpose.
"I want to be healthy so that I'm ready. Ready to jump in to whatever God calls me to. Health is preparation."
Plenty of programs can tell you what to eat. Far fewer ask why it matters. A faith-based approach starts with the conviction that your life and body are gifts entrusted to you—and that getting healthy is an act of stewardship, not self-improvement for its own sake.
That changes everything: the motivation lasts longer than a New Year's resolution, the standard is faithfulness rather than perfection, and the goal is a man ready for the work he's called to do.
How this coaching is different
Four convictions that shape every conversation.
- 01
Stewardship, not vanity
Your body is entrusted to you. The goal isn't a mirror image—it's higher capacity to lead your family, live your calling, and serve in work that matters.
- 02
Identity before habits
Lasting change starts with who you believe you are. We root the work in truth about who God made you to be, then build habits that flow from that identity.
- 03
Whole-life, not willpower
Food and exercise never happen in isolation. Faith, stress, sleep, relationships, and responsibility are part of every conversation—because they're part of your life.
- 04
Grace over shame
No rigid diet. No borrowed definition of health. No shame spiral when a week goes sideways. Honest assessment, faithful next steps, and a brotherhood that keeps walking with you.

Drew Ewing, PN1 Certified Coach
Drew's health journey began almost 15 years ago with a scare—26 years old, sick and hospitalized, eventually facing gallbladder surgery. That wake-up call became years of self-education in nutrition, then a formal nutrition coaching certification, and eventually a drive to arm other men with the knowledge that changed his own life.
A former commercial pilot and flight instructor, Drew now coaches Christian men through the 6 Week Jumpstart and The Inspired Life Method™—preparing a growing community of faithful men to steward what God has given them.
PN1 Certified CoachCommon questions
- What makes a health coach 'faith-based'?
- Faith isn't an add-on or a marketing label. Stewardship, identity, and purpose shape the entire approach—why we pursue health, how we measure progress, and what we're preparing for. Practical coaching in nutrition, movement, and recovery sits inside that frame.
- Do I need to be a mature believer to start?
- No. You don't need to have it all figured out spiritually—you only need to be open. The work meets you where you are, in your health and in your faith.
- Is this medical advice or nutrition therapy?
- No. Holy Nutrition! provides health coaching and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk with your physician before making significant changes to nutrition or exercise.
- How do I get started?
- Start with the free Health Check—a personal assessment across six domains of health. From there, the 6 Week Jumpstart cohort is the guided next step, or book a free consultation to talk through what fits your season.

It all starts with awareness.
Take the free Health Check to see clearly where you are, then let's talk about where you're going. A consultation is a simple, honest conversation—no pressure, no pitch.
